In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours upon receipt of order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PAYPAL (online orders only).
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is collected only in the state of MN where we have a physical presence.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If your order is not what you expected contact us at info@tobyc25.sg-host.com within 3 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for an exchange. No exchange on sale discounted items. Cushions can be returned for exchange only. We will work with you to make things right if you receive a damaged product or it is not what you expected.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 noon, Central Time, will be shipped by the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING FEES:
We offer a flat rate of USPS ground rate for all items under 5 lbs. Items weighing over 5 lbs. incur a surcharge.
PRODUCT CARE:
All cushions must be DRY CLEANED ONLY.
